Toh Wee Jin

Mr. Toh Wee Jin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 and has been practising law in Singapore since 1991. Wee Jin has been specialising in mortgage and conveyancing work for over 20 years. He is experienced in matters relating to property transactions. He has built up close and comfortable working relationships with many leading banks. As a result of which Wee Jin is very familiar with mortgage procedures and documentation. Wee Jin also gives advice on other areas of laws including and not limited to intellectual property , banking and corporate , matrimonial and general commercial matters. He especially understands the legal support that many small and medium enterprises require. Many such enterprises across various industries have sought his legal advice over the years.

B.Sham Kumar

Mr. B. Sham Kumar graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1994 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995. Mr. B. Sham Kumar has extensive experience in corporate work; corporate & commercial litigation; construction claims; property related litigation; intellectual property law in relation to prosecuting on behalf of the Attorney-General's Chambers and defending intellectual property claims. He is also well versed with private international law and has handled numerous cross border transactions ranging from international joint-ventures to mergers and/or acquisitions. Mr. B. Sham Kumar also works with our conveyancing department and gives advice to clients on a regular basis.

Seetha Lkshmi P.S. Krrishnan

Ms Seetha Lkshmi P.S. Krrishnan graduated from the University of London and has been a lawyer since 1998. Seetha practises civil litigation. She is also experienced in areas of law associated with vehicle and industrial accident claims. She has expertise in industrial accident, personal injury and non injury motor claims. She is familiar with both the Defendant's and Plaintiff's work in relation to such claims. She is adept in matters related to the Ministry of Manpower and in particular, compensation claims. She has also done hearings before the Commissioner on Work Injury Compensation matters at the Ministry of Manpower.

Serina Goh

Ms Serina Goh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and started practising law in 1988. She is experienced in conveyancing work including all relevant laws and regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to real estate transactions. She is familiar with all aspects of the conveyancing process including the purchase and sale of private property, mortgages, direct purchases of new private property from developers, and purchase and sale of HDB properties (residential and commercial).

Nagaraja S. Maniam

Mr. Nagaraja S. Maniam has been in active practice since 1998. He graduated with an LLB Hons in 1996 from the Unveristy of London and was called to the English bar by the Middle Temple in 1997. Upon his return, he chambered at Pala Krishnan & Partners and was duly called to the Singapore Bar in 1998.

He started his practice at M/s Rajah & Tann under the shipping/insurance litigation. He has been both in civil and criminal litigation since and has taken on CLAS cases under the pro-bono scheme with the Law Society and had successfully defended some. He

was approached to join M Rama Law Corp in 2009 where he continued with his insurance litigation practice. He rose from the rank of an associate to senior associate to Director at M Rama Law Corp in his 7 years there.

He brings with him his vast experience in having done trials at all levels of the court in Singapore. i.e the state courts, High Court and Court of Appeal. Some of Naga’s cases have been reported in the Law reports of Singapore and in lawnet search cases.

Nagaraja is now appointed as lead counsel with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (CLAS) and also volunteers talks in schools.

Michael Chong

Mr. Michael Chong was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 1999 and has been in private practice since June 1999. He has experience in handling employment and restraint of trade, insolvency, divorces, probate, Wills, landlord and tenancy disputes and management corporation matters. He has also been involved in hearings at the Strata Titles Board and trials in the Subordinate Courts and High Court. He also drafts agreements for clients such as employment contracts, shareholders’ agreements, sale of shares and businesses, partnership agreements and tenancy agreements. He also has vast experience in conveyancing and has acted for numerous buyers/sellers and banks in the purchase/sale and mortgage of HDB, private residential, commercial and industrial properties. He has also acted for owners in the collective sale of their private properties. He currently serves as a chairman of a condominium in Singapore

Charmaine Lim

Ms. Charmaine Lim is also a lawyer to be and will be called to the Singapore Bar in April 2016. She joined us recently. Charmaine will obtain her practising certificate by mid to end of April 2016 and will assist in our litigation and conveyancing departments.

Shu Shin Yee

Ms Shu Shin Yee graduated from the University of Manchester and was called to the Singapore Bar in August 2016. She is with our civil litigation department and assists with civil litigation matters.
